3月26日，第六屆龔古爾文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)中國(guó)區(qū)評(píng)選結(jié)果在長(zhǎng)沙公布。法國(guó)駐武漢總領(lǐng)事及龔古爾學(xué)院院士親臨現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，共赴這場(chǎng)跨越八千公里的文學(xué)之約。

 March 26, the results of the 6th Prix Goncourt China Selection were announced in Changsha. The Consul General of France in Wuhan and a member of the Académie Goncourt attended the event, joining a literary encounter spanning over 8,000 kilometers.

龔古爾學(xué)院院士埃里克-埃馬紐埃爾·施米特受法國(guó)駐華大使館邀請(qǐng)，擔(dān)任本屆評(píng)選特邀嘉賓與評(píng)委，在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)宣布了評(píng)選結(jié)果。毛里求斯裔法國(guó)作家娜塔莎·阿帕娜創(chuàng)作的小說(shuō)《心上的夜晚》獲選。

éric-Emmanuel Schmitt, a member of the Académie Goncourt, attended as a special guest at the invitation of the French Embassy in China and announced the result. The novel Tropique de la violence by French-Mauritian writer Nathacha Appanah won the award.

活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，嘉賓對(duì)中法文學(xué)展開(kāi)深入討論，那種對(duì)故鄉(xiāng)的深情，對(duì)凡人命運(yùn)的凝視，在情感深處彼此相通。

At the event, guests engaged in in-depth discussions on Chinese and French literature, noting that a shared emotional thread -- deep attachment to one"s homeland and a focus on ordinary lives -- resonates across cultures.

在短視頻與AI盛行的時(shí)代，文學(xué)的價(jià)值何在？現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的熱忱給出了答案——文學(xué)無(wú)法被機(jī)器復(fù)制，也無(wú)法被取代；它或許緩慢，卻讓我們的內(nèi)心有處安放。

In an age dominated by short videos and AI, what is the value of literature? The enthusiasm at the event offered an answer -- literature cannot be replicated or replaced by machines. It may be slow, but it gives our hearts a place to rest.

正如一位法國(guó)嘉賓所言，湖南人熱情、直率、有生命力。這種氣質(zhì)，本身就像一部小說(shuō)。文學(xué)從來(lái)不只是書架上的書，它在這片土地上生長(zhǎng)，也在人與人的相遇中發(fā)生。

As one French guest observed, the people of Hunan are warm, straightforward, and full of vitality -- a spirit that feels like a story in itself. Literature is never confined to bookshelves; it grows from the land and comes alive in human encounters.
